PRIMO Goods ("PRIMO," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at primogoods.io (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Use of the Site and Trade Portal is also subject to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

• Submit an inquiry (trade, partnership, general, or donation): name, email address, phone number, subject, and message content.
• Submit a donation order: donor name, contact information, recipient name and address in Haiti, and product selections.
• Request access: name, legal entity name, street address, city, postal code, business tax ID (a U.S. EIN or your country's equivalent), email address, WhatsApp number, the country you are buying from, and product interests. Requesting access does not collect a card. We keep the business tax ID and the invoice address with the request so staff can confirm the business.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location) via standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and quote requests.
• To coordinate donation pickups in Haiti.
• To manage Trade Portal access, verify businesses (KYC/KYB), record Terms acceptance, and share relevant container-load availability.
• To improve our Site's performance, security, and content.
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Stripe for card payments you start on a load or a donation. Requesting access is $0 and has no card charge and no membership fee. Stripe receives the card details. PRIMO does not store the full card number.
• formsubmit.co to deliver form messages, including contact and donation notices, to our inbox.
• Netlify to host the Site and run its functions, including stored leads and sign-in sessions.
• Supabase for staff account and load records used by the staff portal.
• Logistics and distribution partners when necessary to fulfill a donation or trade order you have initiated.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Analytics and advertising

The Site can use Google Analytics and, later, Google Ads. Both are services of Google LLC. Analytics does not run until you press Accept on the cookie banner. Reject keeps analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization denied, and the Analytics tag is not loaded. No Google Ads account is connected yet, so no Ads tag is sent.

After you accept, Google Analytics may set these cookies:

• _ga — distinguishes browsers. Kept for about two years. Used to count visits.
• _ga_CHEKEGDV8R — holds session state for this Analytics property. Kept for about two years.
• _gid — distinguishes browsers for about 24 hours.

Your banner choice is stored in this browser as primo_analytics_consent. It is not a Google cookie. To change the choice, clear site data for primogoods.io in your browser. The banner appears again, and you can Accept or Reject. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

If you arrive from an ad, the address may include gclid, gbraid, wbraid, or fbclid. We store those click identifiers with the lead in the same way we store utm_source and the other utm_ fields, so we can tell which ad the request came from. They are not your name, email, or phone number.

Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses information from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

The same Accept also loads the Meta Pixel (also called the Facebook pixel). Reject does not load it, and its page and lead events do not include your name, email, or phone number.

4. Data Storage and Security

Some information you submit on the Site is stored temporarily in your browser's local storage as a convenience feature and is not transmitted off-device unless you send an inquiry that we receive. Inquiries we receive are stored in our business systems for as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Choices

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at contact@primogoods.io.
• You may clear information stored in your browser at any time by clearing site data through your browser settings.
• You may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

6. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. International Users

PRIMO Goods operates from Florida, USA. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
